1. Low cost housing for vulnerable households in rural area; specially for  women labour, haor and river damaged area and those who have no house in urban area
2. Easy access to credit with minimum interest;
3. Ensure family and social security;
4. Increase income and social dignity

Sub-activities: Selection of vulnerable members, provide loan with minimum interest and monthly installment, ensure hygiene and sanitation, including with other development activities of SWF, linkage with other NGOs and GoB agencies and supervision and monitoring by Bangladesh Bank and local administration.
