Working strategy of micro finance services

For expansion of SWF working area, a survey is conducted for collecting & gathering information of target people and their socio-economic condition; i.e. culture, education, health, agriculture, income generation, gender justice and human rights, employment opportunity, communication, market situation, etc for preparing master plan of that area. Generally, PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) or RRA (Rapid Rural Appraisal) methods are followed for conducting the survey. The main strategy of MF (Micro Finance) program is making easy access to micro credit for strengthening financial condition of the poor people through income generating activities. The target people are also linked with Integrated Community Development Program (ICDP) and other development activities for improving health, agriculture as well as human rights and also other service providers in order to adopt successful and sustainable livelihood strategies. Strong monitoring tools are using microfinance program for keeping its activities in transparency and accountability.
