Project Area: 4 upazila (Tahirpur, Biswamverpur, Derai, Sunamganj Sadar) under Sunamganj district.
Objective: The project objectives are as follows:

Project Goal: The goal of the project is that the poor and marginal people of Sunamgonj have achieved better livelihood and sustainable society.

- 184 women received health volunteers training
- 6,149 women received mother & child care training
- 249 women received mid-wife training
- 48 persons received village doctors training
- 2,500 children received vitamin A capsule for under aged 5 years
- 2,770HH 13,850 HH members received safe drinking water through tube well sinking
- 2,603 family received slab and ring for hygienic latrine
- 1,804 members received training using hygienic latrine
- 1,798 poor families received free medical service
- 1,500 posters published on AIDS, arsenic & sanitation
- 03 no campaign made on AIDS, arsenic & sanitation.

- 2,915 family received homestead gardening training
- 3,000 farmers received seeds
- 8,704 saplings distributed to household
- 175 farmers received compost making training

- 50 members received ram/goat rearing training
